HOST A SCREENING

Screening Carry the Tune in your community is a great way to:

  • Show middle school, high school, and college students why and how to continue making music
  • Ignite conversations about music's role in your community and schools
  • Promote the musical opportunities in your area
  • Bring local amateur musicians together

We've partnered with Tugg.com, a web platform that sells community screening licenses, to ensure that you have the resources you need for a successful event. To host a screening, simply click the button on the right and select the appropriate license for your screening needs.

   1.  Purchase a screening license
The screening guide will help you determine which license you need.

   2.  (Optional) Create a Tugg event page to sell tickets, accept donations, or manage free RSVPs

The Screening Guide provides tips for promoting your screening and templates to help you get started.

   4.  Screening day
Refer to the Sample Event Introduction in the Screening Guide for ideas of what to include in your introduction just before the screening. Sign Up Sheets are also included for attendees interested in updates about the film.

   5.  Thank your attendees
A template for follow-up messages is provided in the Screening Guide.
